    At CleverCareMD, due to the immediate and personalized nature of our healthcare services, we are unable to offer refunds once a subscription cycle has begun. However, you have the flexibility to pause your subscription at any time. Should you choose to discontinue your services, you can easily cancel your plan effective from the next billing cycle.
  • What happens if I need more help than my plan allows?
    You can always choose to purchase additional and one time services according to your current needs.
  • How quickly can I expect a response?
    You can expect a response within 1-2 hours typically.
  • How do I get in touch with you?
    After a free consultation call, contact details will be provided upon subscription. You can reach our team via email, phone, or through our client portal, depending on your plan.
  • Can I pause my subscription if I don’t need services for a period?
    Yes, you can pause your subscription at any time. During this period, you won't be billed, and services will be on hold.
  • Are there any additional costs apart from the monthly subscription fee?
